You can download the App and start using core features immediately, without authentication.
This means we do not collect, store, or process account-related information in the traditional sense, because no account is required. You can use the App in a lightweight way, without your usage being tied to a registered identity.
Whether you create videos, save works, or share content, you can do so without providing personal data tied to a profile, keeping the experience simple and private.

This commitment means Tcxsly does not access your device camera to capture, record, or analyze your face for profiling. When you upload images to generate a video, the App processes images for the purpose of creating the video you request. It does not extract, store, or use facial identity data from those images for separate analytics or advertising.
Your face and related biometric identity are not collected by us in that manner.
In addition, we do not collect other sensitive data such as your precise location history, contact list, call logs, SMS content, payment card numbers stored by us, health data, or browsing history outside the App to identify you individually.
To emphasize again: Tcxsly does not collect facial information for identification, does not collect facial-feature templates for that purpose, and does not engage in facial data collection or facial recognition for advertising or user profiling as described here.
