Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement governs your subscription to the premium features of Tcxsly, a user-friendly image-to-video tool. By purchasing or activating a subscription to Tcxsly’s premium services (the “Premium Subscription”), you agree to comply with all terms in this Agreement. This Agreement applies to the Premium Subscription and supplements the Tcxsly User Agreement, which applies to your use of the App.

1. Premium subscription overview

Tcxsly offers a Premium Subscription that unlocks benefits beyond free core functionality. Premium may include, where offered in the App:

Exclusive or additional style templates;
Advanced editing or export options;
Ad-free or streamlined experience;
High-definition export where supported;
Priority technical support where stated.

All Premium features are subject to availability and may be updated to improve the experience. The App remains accessible without a subscription, and you may continue to use free core features (including image upload, basic video generation, and local saving) without purchasing Premium. Premium is optional.

2. Subscription terms and pricing

Premium is available in various plans (e.g. monthly, annual) with pricing displayed clearly in the App at purchase time. Prices are quoted in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change, but changes should not affect the fee for your current paid period; renewal pricing follows the storefront rules at renewal.

By purchasing Premium, you agree to pay the applicable fee. Payments are processed through the app store (e.g. Apple App Store). We do not collect or store your payment card details. You agree to the app store’s payment terms.

3. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Premium renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may be charged automatically for the next period. Manage renewal and cancellation in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings (or equivalent).

Cancellation typically takes effect after the current period ends—you usually retain Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds for unused time are not guaranteed except as required by law or store policy.

4. Subscription benefits and restrictions

During an active Premium period, you may use Premium features as described in the App. You agree:

To use Premium primarily for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we authorize otherwise;
Not to share your subscription in a way that violates single-user intent (e.g. account sharing schemes);
That we may modify or remove individual Premium features; if removal materially reduces value, we may offer remedies where required.

5. Expiration and termination

If you do not renew, Premium ends at the end of the paid period and Premium features are withdrawn. Content you saved on your device generally remains on your device.

We may terminate Premium access immediately for serious breach of this Agreement or the User Agreement (e.g. abuse, fraud, illegal use). No refund is promised upon termination for breach.

6. Technical support

Premium subscribers may receive priority support where advertised. You may contact us through the email below. We strive to respond within a reasonable time; actual times may vary.

7. Intellectual property rights

Premium features, templates, tools, and related materials are owned by the developer or licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license during the paid period. You may not copy, distribute, or modify Premium materials without written permission.

Videos you generate are your content, subject to law and these terms.

By purchasing Tcxsly Premium, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement.
