This User Agreement outlines the terms for using Tcxsly, an image-to-video tool. By downloading and using the App, you agree to comply with these terms. Tcxsly is committed to a simple, secure, private experience and to minimizing unnecessary data collection.
Tcxsly lets you upload local images, choose style templates, and generate dynamic videos with transitions, music, and subtitles as offered. The App is intended to be accessible without deep technical skills. Our goal is to help you create personalized videos for sharing or personal use.
Important: The app uses its own implemented services for generation and does not route your workflow to unrelated third-party “AI” services without clear disclosure in the product.
Tcxsly is designed to be usable without account registration, login, or personal identification. You are not required to provide your name, email, phone number, or date of birth to start using core features. There is no mandatory sign-up or password for basic use as described in the App.
You may use core features including uploading images, selecting templates, generating videos, saving to your device, and sharing, subject to these rules:

When you upload images to generate a video, processing is for producing your requested output; we do not use your uploads to build a facial identity product separate from that purpose.
We also do not collect other sensitive categories such as location history, contacts, SMS, or health data for the purposes described here. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Confirmation: Tcxsly does not collect facial information for identification in the manner described, and does not collect facial-feature templates for unrelated facial recognition advertising.
You are solely responsible for images you upload and videos you generate. You agree not to infringe others’ rights or violate applicable law. You accept responsibility for consequences arising from unlawful uploads, to the extent permitted by law, and Tcxsly is not responsible for your violations.
We do not actively monitor every upload; however, we may restrict use for serious or repeated violations.
We strive for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Updates may be delivered through the app store. Keep your OS reasonably current for compatibility.
We may modify or discontinue features where necessary, aiming to avoid unnecessary harm to your experience.
All IP in the App (software, design, templates, branding) belongs to the developer or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise permitted.
Videos you lawfully generate are your content, subject to law and these terms.
By using Tcxsly, you agree to this User Agreement and our commitment that no facial identity data is collected in the manner described in our Privacy Policy.
